By creating an account or using Reqon ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Reqon.
Reqon is a personal job-search CRM. It helps you track roles, draft application materials with AI assistance, and manage your search process. It is a tool that organizes a job search you run; it never applies to jobs on your behalf without your explicit action on each individual application.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@reqon.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
New accounts start with a free trial period (currently 14 days) with access to paid-plan features. At the end of the trial you may subscribe to Reqon Cloud or Reqon AI to continue accessing those features. Billing is handled by Stripe; by subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel any time via the Billing Portal (Settings → Manage subscription) and access continues until the period end. We do not offer refunds on partial periods except where required by law.
You own all job-search data you enter. We do not claim any rights to it. You may export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to operate the Service for you.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to mass-apply to jobs automatically or without reviewing each application; (b) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from job boards or employer sites in violation of their terms; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (d) use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content; (e) resell or sublicense access to the Service; (f) impersonate another person or entity.
AI drafts, scores, and interview guides are suggestions generated from the text you provide. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular employer or role. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before use, and for anything you submit to an employer.
During the beta period the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be removed, or become temporarily unavailable. We will give reasonable notice of major changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reqon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any damages related to a missed job opportunity, a rejected application, or reliance on AI output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for abuse, fraud, or illegal activity. You may delete your account at any time in Settings. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Arkansas.
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
